cam gears

I searched and couldn't find any recent or very informative threads on cam gears.

I'm wondering what difference if any do cam gears make on the motor? (paired with aftermarket camshafts of course)

Are cam gears just for the DIY'ers tuning or are their actual gains from getting cam gears? Are they even worth the money?

there you go. for people like me on a 2.4 motor you have to have them so you can get the timing right.

Is any one brand better than another or are they all pretty much the same?

HKS and AEM are the pricier of the bunch, Fidanza in comperisson is allot cheaper...not that there's anything wrong with them. I just like the look of the HKS
