Just got the first manifolds in....

Hi all!

We just got the first two cast manifolds in. These are made of a standard cast iron material. They are the first two so we can get the CNC machine set up and test fit them. They came in this morning and then went directly to the place that is going to CNC them for us. We should have them back in a week and once we test fit it they foundry will be pouring 50 more units in Ni-resist ductile stainless. At that point we can start shipping the turbo kits.

I CAN'T WAIT TO GET THIS KIT ON OUR CAR AND RUN SOME TIMES!!

Thanks for reading,

David Buschur

I should have taken pictures but the pieces I had here were raw castings. I will take pictures as soon as they come back machined.

Actually it would be kinda cool to see the product in it various stages. One of the coolest photos I ever saw were a series that showed the forging process used ona set of Fuchs forged alloy wheels.

Maybe this isn't quite as exciting...

I would think that David would be able to offer (again, at a price) any type of flange you ask for, if he's going to treat this product anything like his 3" turboback.

Hmm, with a T3 flange, you can mount up a GT3037R and not have to use HKS's hand welded header which may be prone to exhaust leaks down the line somewhere with all the heat generated by high EGT's on a tuned 4G63. Me likey.
