Odd Deceleration Issue
So I searched and I found this. It seems very similar to my problem.

My problem in detail. My car has NEVER done this before until the past few days. If I'm driving along and decide to decel at mid-high RPM's, it'll almost seem like the car has cruise control set. It'll coast as if 5-10% throttle is still input and keep speed until I give brake, clutch or throttle input. When I brake, the car seems as if it's tough to slow down the first 1/4 of a second. If I disengage the clutch, RPM's will drop as normal. I thought maybe I had a slightly sticky throttle, so I'd quickly jab the throttle a few times or put upwards on it and makes no difference.
It doesn't do this ALL the time. I'd say it'll do it 2-3 times out of 10. It's rather annoying, especially if I'm cruising in traffic and like to use decel as a "brake" and not my actual brake or decel downhill.
Like I said it just started doing this. Also, I had a crazy slight misfire the other day when leaving work. I was in a hurry and didn't let the car warm up. I drove off at a normal pace and after shifting into second gear it, the engine missed like crazy. No codes, maybe pending codes but I didn't check.
Also, possibly irrelevent, but I popped a coupler the other day. Slipped it back on and stayed in vaccum until I got home to tighten it. It seems that after this is when this odd decel issue and misfire started.
The misfire I'm less worried about. Not a big deal to me. This car does random odd things when it's cold. But the decel thing is really annoying me. Anybody have any idea? I'm reading that it's normal, but my car has never done this before. I don't see how a vac/boost leak would cause this. It has 42k miles on it.
