Help Needed IACV
Can someone post a picture of how the coolant hoses that are supposed to be running to the IACV are supposed to be configured...I just realized that the hose on my car is looped and not even connected to the throttle body...
Could anyone see any negative effects of leaving it this way...or any benefits or switching it back to how it's supposed to be?

with the boomba, you have to do this cause there are no coolant lines in the tb. i run a looped hose and i changed the damn recall hose on the turbo while i was at it. runnin **** so far!
don't worry, it was on the 05 evos. it's the coolant hose right next to the exhaust manifold on the turbo. they had an issue with the hose bursting on a small number of them. mine had no problems, but it was 4 years, so i said f it.
It's supposed to net u 5hp.
The hoses are to warm up the throttle body. I'm in Florida so I don't need the hot coolant flowing through the Tb. Besides, I have the plastic intake manifold gasket as well as the egr blocked off in the head.
Reducing intake temps is my goal.
