Spark plugs, any suggestions

What spark plugs would you recommend for Evo VIII?
One degree colder? Brands?

Mods?

BR7ES or BPR7ES if your lightly modded from there I'd go to "8"s

Search around. There is lots of info on this around here probably more then you could read in a week

With your limited mods do BPR7ES if you do a lot of stop and go daily driving. If you do little stop and go driving and mostly weekend highspeed stuff then go with the BR7ES, as gsrboi80 suggests.

How come the BPR7ES are so cheap? They are 12 bucks on ebay for 4 of them with free shipping

They are just copper core plugs. I pick them up from O'reilys or whatever for like $9 or so.

I just change my plugs every 3k miles when I change my oil. Its cheap and the car runs great.

Are there any plugs that could be used for 30k miles so I don't need to change them during every oil change

the stock iridiums are good for 60-100k. for a stock car, they are the best. hands down. you only have an exhaust, so the iridiums are more than good enough. you can even get the aftermarket equivalent from autozone. bpr7eIX or something like that. cross reference the evo 8 plugs and check it out. the 9 plugs are different so watch out. they are like 7.99$ a piece, but well worth it. good luck.
