Invidia EX Manifold or PPI?

Just like the title states for an FP red would the Invidia manifold or a PPI ported and coated stock manifold be a better choice? In terms of overall performance, reliablity and price diff. Any thoughts would be great, leat me know what you guys think.

On the coated PPI is the inner part of the flange coated as well or just the outside of the manifold. Does it depend on whether it's the Swaintech or regular ceramic coating? The Swaintech appears to have some texture on it so it may not seal well if the flange was coated. Just wondering what PPI or the others (Buschur or MAP) do with the coating.

Get the PPI ported sticker. Only the outside will be coated.

Thanks for the input guys, I guess for the price of the PPI I could get a tubular manifold. No benifits as far as runner design?
