i upgraded to shepard trans and transfer case with a quaife diff . im wondering do i have to take it to the dealer to bleed the acd? also wondering what the best fluids would be to use in the trans and transfer case? there will be alot of launches and hard driving so om figuring redline?

 

amsoil 75-140. Call the oil doc. Probably one of the most informative people I've met when it comes to oils.

 

Umm could be wrong here but if you have a shep transfercase, I am fairly sure you do not have ACD. I think he removes it. or doesn't even rebuild the acd transfercases.

 

ACD uses an ATF type fluid SP 111, being a haudraulic pump the ACD.

let me know if you need help with fluids and bleeding, its not that bad to do if you have the time,

 

yes i defintly do have the time and i would like some advice cause i hate other ppl working on my car when i could do it myself! i call shep and the acd is still funtional and to use all redline oils. does any one knw here i cand get redline fluids cheap on the internet?
