Intercooler

Hello Guys,

Was giving the EVO a wash over the weekend and noticed that the intercooler has been damaged by stone chips and a dent to the honey-comb structure is quite apparent. Given that it is made out of light aluminum, I can expect a certain amount of damage. Is there anyway to fix the bent bits or is it just a question of changing the intercooler when the time comes?

You can pull it out and straighten the fins with tweezers.
I plan on going over mine in the spring.. they actually make a fin straightener tool... but its more or less tweezers
