Hey I decided to buy a intake system, and i currently have a Greddy Comp TI-C Turbo-back Exhaust. (Came with both straight pipe and downpipe.)

My question is, whats a good intake system for the Evo IX MR, preferably one that would go well with this exhaust system. I want to hear a good "woosh" sound haha i know ... its the ricer side of me..

 

an intake is an intake....they vary between 1 hp with such little mods... i say just throw a knn drop in filter or similar.. Or search for the intake test thread if u want info on all the major ones

id say either buschur's or perrin's, i dont like oiled filters!

The harder the better.

 

Just get an amsoil cone filter and ask for the one that sucks the hardest

I remember CRBD did a test with the perrin intake and found it made more power than any other intake on the market.

 

I use the Perrin and highly recommend it.
