transmission problem.

transmission problem.
so i jump in my after it sitting for about an hour or two, now it spits out reverse everytime i let up on the clutch. I dont race the car, its just a daily that i have fun with but mainly just regular driving.. any ideas?

I think your going to need a little more info
like is it an evo 8 or 9?
Is it an MR?
original clutch?
how many miles on the car\clutch?
my guess would be clutch if its the original and you have higher miles

Sorry it's an 04 evo 8 80k act 6 puck, been in there for about 20k. I doubt it's a clutch issue though. It's more of a generic transmission questions any help is much appriciated.
