How much does that come up short from gettign to be flush with the rear bumper? As stated, that will melt and burn your bumper quickly if it doesn't protrude at least 1/2 inch. A friends bumpers suffered from this.

Actually comming into work today it WAS nice out. I have class tonight so lets hope the weather holds out over the weekend.
As for melting... that did happen on my RX-7... I guess I'll just need a C/F protector... we'll see.

Anyhow, chill out on all the car-washing phobia... It obvious the car is dirty from the pics and so far 3 replies have only been about the dirty *rear bumper* this isn't the "Show n Shine" section anyhow. I didn't realize we had so many narcissists on the board... and it's not like I’m showcasing the exterior of the car... We're concentrating on the underbody here guys...
