Wow...that is a very straight exhuast!~

How much?, It looks 3 inch, but can you confirm.
How loud is it? How many resonators?
Is that just a catback? Is there a Turboback 3 inch Available?

Ken

For the record. I LOVE this exhaust. I have heard many others in person (Custom Mufflers, Buschur, Vishnu, HKS) and this is defienetly on the tame side. Low deep rumble under WOT, and almost stock at idle.

Piping is 3.174" Stainless and it bolted on without a hitch (even thought it says EVO VII). I don't have the dyno graphs in front of me, but do a search for "Hayabusa" and Im sure you'll find the thread with the dyno numbers and the "dirty" pics.

Anyhow, hope someone appreciates these...

...and please ignore all the spelling errors... you get the idea.

Do you have a new exhaust from the turbo back or just from the cat? Where did you score this baby from-It looks really good.

Its actually just CatBack...

FYI - If you haven't seen other Threads this is the APEXi Hayabusa CatBack... You can probably order it from a number of vendors here...

I was actually at a local shop (GodSpeeD) having a prototype Downpipe/Midpipe fitted up for final production approval... It's actually a TRUE 3", Stainless Steel,Mandrel Bent Downpipe/Midpipe combo. O2 bung welded in and everything... anyhow, I love this exhaust... VERY lowkey unless your WOT.

I *believe* retail is in the $700-$800 Region... but like I said LancerShop, Ninos, etc can probably help you out with final pricing and shipping!

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure thats made for the JDM Evo VIII. Watch out for your bumper. It might burn it. I love that exhaust though. Just wish they made a US spec one that fits w/ our bumpers.

You could always buy a JDM bumper though

I dunno man. I think it fits well with the US Spec bumper. I know some of the angle I shot make it look odd, but when its on the ground it looks just fine.

As for all you noticing my dirty car... **** man, its been raining here in Michigan (and most of the MidWest) for the past week! I'll snap some pics for you people who think I never wash my car when we get some sun... Which may not be for another 6 months or so.

LOL! It was a little dirty. We were mostly looking underneath the car though so no biggy. The downpipe is ready fir test fitting again Matt. Let me know and I'll swing by and pick up the EVO for a few hours. Thanks! That exhaust was surprisingly quiet. I expected a much louder sound although we'll see how the downpipe changes the tone.
