Blitz BOV, 70087

I have a Blitz BOV that came off a Legacy GT and I want to know if it will fit on my 03 EvoVIII. Part number of the BOV is 70087. I need to know if it will fit or if I need to return it.

I know someone who had a blitz bov on his Evo 9 and he said it only holds up to 18psi. I wouldn't go with blitz. Why don't you just get the 9 metal bov?
