I was Driving my car today and all of a sudden it felt as if I had a boost leak. So i was headed to my shop to see if I could get the shop to fix the issue well all of a sudden my car felt like it was shutten off and then it did. I got it running but it's making this weird knocking sound that i can't explain. I know its not a boost leak anymore because i've had boost leaks and this never happened. Also, I dont think its a vacuum line. Comphresion was fine when I checked it last year. Idk now i just got it out the shop and I am really getting annoyed at the issues I am having with my car.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dump your oil and look at it closely...see if its all "sparkly"--could have spun a bearing, hence the knock--other then that--provide responses to other posts

 

Ok cool i will do both how much is a spun bearing cost going to cost me. And I just got an offer for a trade. But i think its not enough.
