Knock and Boost
If your E85 tune is done correctly - with fuel and timing tapered properly - you should definitely be able to turn the boost down without getting knock.
I always take it easy with the first tank of either E85 or gasoline when ever I'm switching fuels. If this was on your first tank, I would simply wait and see what happens on your second tank.
