Any O2 dumps work with stock undertray?

I've searched, and I haven't been able to find an answer to this. Essentially, I'm interested in getting an O2 dump instead of an upgraded O2 housing, but I don't want to give up the aerodynamic and cooling benefits of the stock undertray. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

You have to trim the under tray to let the exhaust gasses vent out

Unless you road race or drag, you won't notice a real difference. Even your gas mileage loss is neglible if any. Ditching the undertray also expedites maintainance jobs.

I just left my undertray off after I installed my MAP O2 eliminator downpipe....like said above, it takes time off when you do maintenance in the future

By running dump tube it throws a cel because it reads it as a exhaust leak
