need help with build

i know first step is to search, i have and cant find sh*t. well heres my problem, my next move on the car is build the head. right now i have a stock motor with only arp head studs (to be installed), fp red, aem ems, aquamist meth kit, and all the supporting mods. first off i still need a tune with the meth and ems. but anyway im not looking for power on paper you could say, i want a nice hard pull all the way through the powerband. at the point i should be around 500 wheel (im taking a good guess) with the meth and ems. i DD my car and want to get back into going to the tracks every week like i use to. so i need your help do i go with 272s or 280s? im most likely going with the kelford 280s and fp valve springs unless im told other wise. thanks for the help in advance

I think the kelford 272 will be good enough. You dont need too much duration but more lift. Longer duration for the bigger turbo's. Check out TTR for a tune

Any reason you won't be sticking with the ECU flashes? You can make plenty of power on the stock ECU. I would personally say to put your cash towards another part.

i understand i can make plenty of power on the stock ecu, but i had the money and it was a great deal so i took it. and to be honest ive been looking into an aem ems for the longest.

and back to the cams, i thought bout the 272s but Ivey told me i wouldnt see more than 15 wheel over the stock Mivec cams
