I'm glad I'm stock lol.

 

These engines are made to last.. as long as you do the maintenance.. My engine only lasted 37,000 but thst is due to letting it sit 6-7 months without driving it... (this happended multiple times) and one day, oil disappeared and spun a rod bearing.... gave me the excuse to pull my engine and sell the rebuild to my wife...

 

Why would running rich cause motor failure. I know it's not ideal but they come pretty rich from the factory???

 

He was told the rich condition of his mail in flash that the previous owner had caused rod fatiuge eventually causing that b*!*t to break in half. I think he just had a Monday or Friday motor...
