wtf !?!

so im doing my invidia 02 housing and i removed the radiator today and the ic piping and the down pipe only got 3 screws off the 02 housing the bottom 2 screws for the life of me idk wat tool to use bc its such a tight space !

and i took off all 9 bolts from the exhaust manifold and the 2 screws and 2 bolts on the flange to the turbo but the exhaust manifold wont come out .. do i have to remove the turbo ?? to take out the exhaust manifold ?? the reason why im takin the manifold off is because im sending out to get ported from buschur

and also wat can i do wit my stock 9 turbo ?? can i send it out to get rebuilt wit a bigger compressor ??

i knwo these r alot of questions but im just stuck and half way thru this job and really want to finish this up asap !!

thanks !

its a bolt just figure it out and make it happen..use a lot of pb blaster on the locked up stud. try an impact gun if you can..cbrd has some nice options as far as upgrades go with the turbo. you could have fp rebuild it into a red which is also popular....

If you have all the bolts off the manifold then theres nothing holding it on. I would assume that some wiggling or light taps from a rubber mallet will get it free.

You can have the turbo upgraded by Forced Performance, but expect a lengthy turn around time.

And the best of luck to you getting off the o2 housing bolts. It's just one of those things that's a pain in the ***.

No that is like that...and Its F'n annoying! If would have made all 4 bolts it would have been no issue, but since they are studs the turbo must be loosened and pushed down enough for the mani to clear the studs.
