E85 is a good thing as long as you can get it, I run it all the time. Once i got it in my car i have not changed it back to gas yet.
LOl flames are fun sometimes I do it at the light and people freak out they blow the red light cause they get scared....As far as getting it there's stations everywhere around me that have it..What turbo are you using aron??

27PSI but like i said i like to be safe with my car. i have the same setup (or pretty close) as my friend and he put down 542WHP and 460WTQ but the guys at English racing was worried about his pistons and rods letting go so i told them to stop where they felt it was safe so they stopped where i am now. i really want to do the bottom end but convincing the wife i NEED this is allot harder to do!

True way to much tq by the way aron knows how to keep the tq low and flat how come he ddin' ask them to do that..As far as the wife goes tell her The muffler bearings went bad in the car and the block need to be rebuilt.

Ahhh the old lawnmower trick - run it with no oil until it busts then tell the wife it's time to buy a new one.

Yeah I would do that but she knows allot about cars and acctually helped me build my last evo and my 240sx (SR20DET swap) and she built her own 350z Nismo edition. it wouldnt go over with her. lol

Only downside for me is availabilty and MPG! I make the 54 mile round trip weekly and fill up 8 5 gallon cans to keep on hand

Isnt there a con of gunk build up in the injector or something like that?

Noooooooo....there was one or two threads like that, but it was felt the gunk was caused by stuff already in the lines / tank...

Ah ok.

I guess in that case those upgrading to E85, it would be wise to change the pump filter and fuel filter.

Yeppers and check the injectors periodically...I'm no expert on e85...I'd go over to the Alt Fuel forum and get better advice there from folks running e85 (e.g. Bryan from GST)...
