I would run the BPR8ES with your 27 psi.

But you could always run a BPR9ES if you are going to 30 or over.

Just that the 9's the cold start is a little on the rough side and winter time you would switch back to at least the 8's

I run these in my car now.

Some people and tuners like to change plugs every 3,000. Like I said you could run the iridium 8's for like 60k. But if you are racing with it, maybe you would want to change plugs more often?

I use the denso or ngk idrium plugs 1 step colder and change them every 2nd oil change to keep the car fresh.

or

the colder step is expensive, but at least they shold last a long time

As long as your plug is a B - stands for the diameter, 8 - stands for the heat range, and the E - stands for the length. the R stands for resistor, the P is for projected, and the S stands for steel. The only numbers that matter are the B,8, and E. If you have those then your plug is the same.

I use BPR8es. Try non protruding first then protruding (BPR8ES / BR8ES) Some cars like others better. Mine wanted protruding. Never had a misfire yet even with 41psi & the plugs last a good 3-4months surpringly. Get the copper ones with the R on the box.
