well i just checked the ground clip in the coil and it looks like a lot of resistance

 

well just to update, i got it started. the problem was the metal ring wasnt installed on the exhaust camshaft for the sensor to read. im glad i never took it to the shop to get checked out. unfortunetly it was my fault i never inspected the head when i got it back. then again i didnt know to check for it. haha
