tial wastgate problem

my tial is overboosting i thought it was the hallman but i ran a direct line from the turbo source to the side of the tial and its still boosting 25+, then i pulled the wastegate apart the diaphram looks good no holes or tears it has dual red springs if that matters, thanks chad

Try running with no hoses attached to the wastegate. I think dual red is 17psi. If you hold 17 with no lines running to it it should help to narrow the problem down.

More then likely you have a boost leak. Have you done a boost leak test? If not, do that first
