Surging problem with FP Black - help please

I've played around with preload and it doesn't affect it. I can tune it out by lowering WGDC with the amount of preload I'm running now. The line to my actuator is around 5/32. It's not particularly big or small.

I'd suppose it's possible that if you had a leaky/fluttery wastegate you could get some surge that wouldn't otherwise be there , i.e. not enough energy going into the turbine wheel to drive the compressor causing the surge.
SO true. I just fixed all my boost leaks and now I have compressor surge . God damn fast spooling turbo!
