Yes I will be using the black now and forever unless FP comes out with a better stock appearing turbo if thats even possible.

I will also be shooting for 10s with street tires. My best last year was 11.3@126. My Evo needs to go on a diet though. I weighed it the other day with almost a full tank of gas and me in it tipping the scale at 3540lbs

 

Damn thats pretty heavy... Mine probably weighs about the same though. Ill be putting on a CF trunk and some other weight saving things

Wizzo- Nice man! I would just stick with the black also. I love that turbo it did real well for me. Ive ran the Red and the black for 2 years now, so I wanna switch it up. I think ill love the Forward facing setup That would be pretty crazy if Fp did come out with a better stock appearing turbo hahaha.

 

UPDATE! Today is my birthday guys So i wanted to give you a quick update. I will have pics up later this afternoon of my radiator w/ fan and cross member along with some others. The shortblock will be done by wednesday or thursday Motor will be in the car at the end of next week, I cant wait! In the meantime, i have been looking at car trailers for awhile now. I was using Strictly Modifieds trailer pretty much the whole season last. I was really thankful for them letting me use it, otherwise i would have had to U Hual that hahahaha

So yesterday, I just bought a brand new 20ft enclosed trailer I ordered it and will be here in 3-4 weeks. The exterior is black with the chrome accents, LED lights all over, 2 roof vents, 2 side vents, White walls and ceiling, Gray and Black checkered floor, Lights on the inside with switches, and the back door floor where u pull the car into will have the black rubber floor. I might be missing a couple things. I didnt get cabinets because buying through them is extremely expensive, so i am going to put my own in the trailer. I cant wait! It will def come in handy when i make the trip to the shootout this year, and all the track outings this year. I always wanted one. When it arrives ill be sure to get some pics of it. I have a big blown up poster of the Evo going inside and having some custom stickers being made for the outside of the trailer Stay tuned guys!!!
