engine ticking after warmup

I have read all the other million threads but I couldnt find anything specific to my noise. i made a video, hopefully you guys can help.

first off, I havent noticed a difference in power. most recent changes to the car have been brad penn 10W30 oil change w/ K&N filter. mods that might be relevant to the diagnosis are:
PTE1000 inj
kelford 272's
FP Green
ported ex mani
buschur TBE

my next move is to buy a stethoscope and a compression test kit. hoping someone has heard this before. noise started/i noticed it yesterday. in the video you can hear that the sound i'm trying to find happens with throttle input, it goes away once idle stabilizes.

any thoughts are appreciated.

Unplug sparks plugs wires one at the time will the engine is running a few seconds and see if the sound is still there or if it is quieter....It will tell you if the noise is in the head or down in the short block.

Mine did something like that and everybody told me that it was lifter or bad valve spring.... in fact it was a rod bearing failure

That noise is not rod bearing failure, its not a KNOCK its ticking, i had a 6A13TT Galant with the same noise replaced the lifters noise gone, its the same noise in my car and heaps of other evos its your lifters, get some new ones, its not hard to replace them

Our cars make it all the time its more noticeable with aftermarket cams it wont hurt a thing and if you want to shell the cash out GSC has No Tick Lifter for 170 then price it to just get installed for no more ticking. But dont stress over it because it wont damage anything.

I think it may be your PCV valve. Easy to test....Either remove PCV or get the car into a tad of boost (rev motor)....noise will likely go away.
