Got some work done recently on the car and noticed that randomly the idle will jump up to around 3k rpms. If I put the car in 1st gear and let the clutch out real slow it will drop it down.

Is it possible the throttle cable is sticking? Possible throttle body issue? Also, I added a Tial QR Bov which I was told that the spring might not be strong enough and might be causing the issue.

Thoughts?
