84mm surge port with aem intake

So I installed my fp green hta 73 green the other day with the 84mm surge port. Thinking that I had thought properly ahead, i bought a 3 1/4-3" reducer coupler to mate my aem intake to the new turbo. however I failed to remember/realize that my aem coupler to stock turbo had about a 45 degree bend in it. I was able to make it work without the bend, but dont really like how its positioned. Anyone run into this problem and how did you fix it?

If you just call FP they have the reducer coupler in a straight version.

ya I have the straight version, but there was a 45 degree bend in the AEM one...which in order to perfectly clear the radiator hose, and mount the intake properly, you need..
