Replace flywheel with new clutch?
I'm thinking of going back to a single disc... What do you guys suggest? I'm leaning towards an ACT Xtreme Duty Street Disc Clutch? Or should I get an Exedy Twin? I'm getting a new TRE Built tranny btw...
I'm in the same boat. I've read numerous threads and I know I am going with an ACT. I have two dilemmas, HDSS or XTSS & stock flywheel or ACT streetlite. I just can't seem to make up my mind.

My carbonetics twin performs like crap... which made me think of going back to a single.
I wanted to keep this on the DL until it was complete, but I'm getting the new 2.3 from Buschur and some other goodies from them. Now I'm not going to be launching the **** out of it, just street pulls. Like from 2 and on.

Just about all the evo's I'e done clutch replacements on I've installed the ACT SL flywheel and it's a good mix. Not that you can't resurface the stocker and be good to go
personally i like the 6 pucks, They are cheap and last forever and they love you for slipping the clutch. I have always just used the stock flywheel. No point in getting a lightweight when the drivetrain so heavy as it is, Not gunna be saving enough weight to make a difference
