Headers and Turbos questions.

Hey guys,

So I've been doing some reading and am I correct in my understanding that our stock Evo's come with a T25 header with a mitsubishi twin scroll flange/adapter?

Would it be a good investment to switch to T3 to get less pricey options on turbo's?

Like what if I'm thinking of a PTE 5557 so I can get an upgraded turbo that spools fast?

Thanks!

Not sure on the first question. I wouldn't think so though. And yes t3 tend to be a little cheaper usually but that all depends. I picked up a precision 6776h t4 for like 1200 new which is not bad at all. It will also depend on your goal for the car whether u want more down low or up top. A t3 will spool alot faster than a t4 but will choke up top and vice versa the t4 will spool slightly slower but wont fall on its face up top. If u want the best of both go t4 ball bearing that is if price isn't an issue
