where can i get these parts that the above use to "build" the transmission as a friend owns a shop and im going there this weekend to rebuild my transmission

Most of them use oem mitsu parts and then modify them to their specs for oiling and durability. Your probably better off just sending it to one of them honestly man...

i cant wait for the turnaround time. i rather do all the work at the shop then send it out a year later to them to build it. i just need it to last for a year... will stock parts do it?
