Forge Adjustable Wastgate correct adjustment

I have had a Forge adjustable wastgate on my car for quite awhile now and doing a transmission pull noticed it was installed very lightly holding the flapper shut. does anyone know how to properly gage how "tight" the flapper should be held. Also I assume that all i would have to do tuning wise is adjust my WGDC to match what boost im looking for after the adjustments? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Tip:

pop off nipple hose that leads to wastegate actuator. Apply air from compressor to it so that it moves the wastegate arm easily. This allows for easy adjustment. 15-20psi should be enough pressure for the forge to open.
