code P0456/ Not idoling

After about a hour highway drive, pulled off my exit and the car shut-off. The car startes if i give it gas, and runs fine when driving. just doesnt idol at a stop. my car has b.c 280 cams and tbe, it's untuned, but ive been driving like that for a year. i'm getting a p0456 code (evap system very small leak), and the rear o2 codes but i not running a cat. Can a p0456 cause idol probables? any ideas?

no..not that one... behind the intake... may have to remove the UICP to get to it...or you can try to feel around...but theres a cylindracle (spelling) valve...that thehose pops off all the time..for the evap system

any boost leak can cause adverse idle issues... no its not on the throttle body..its bolted to the actual intake manifold facing the firewall towards driver side.

either your tune might be wacky, or double check your vacuum lines for tears in them, look at the pic above OP, to see if any of them are torn... or off
