Drivetrain noise help

I searched and could not find anything.. all i can come up with are transfercase death whines, which may or may not pretain to my issue. I find thats the first thing people jump to when theres any issues drivetrain wise with these cars, so bare with me.

Heres my issue.

Last summer i had a transfercase go bad in my IX, had a death whine and it went bad while i was on my way home on the highway. I pulled over and the car was not going anywheres, locked up solid. I ended up putting the car on jackstands on the side of the highway and dropping the driveshaft out of it so it would roll and i could push it on to the trailer. I replaced the T-Case not to long ago with a used stock ACD T-case that i got from another Member with approx 30k miles on it that came out of a wrote off IX.

Got the car out of hibernation not to long ago. first few hundred miles were fine. Now i got a whining noise coming from the drivetrain... again.. seems to be consistant with the Transfercase death whine. Happens worse on highway (50-60 mph) can hear it while cruising, very very light application of throttle.. under power it seems to go away and not be as loud and while coasting it doesnt seem to do it as bad also.

The only odd thing about this whole thing is that between 40-50 km/h ( im in Canada remember so it would be 25-35 mph?) If I accelerate from that speed in 2nd gear i hear a loud screaching noise coming from the car. i had a friend stay beside me and we cant seem to tell where its coming from front or rear. It is quite loud and im worried that this new to me T-case is junked.

After discovering this noise I immediately went home put the car on stands and drained the t-case and rear diff fluids. Rear diff only had about two thousand miles total on it, and transfercase the few hundred i had put on the car. but magnets has some traces of light metal shavings, but they were extremely fine like a powder, not enough i was to concerned about. The Rear diff fluid smelled and looked fine. the T-case fluid had a definate burnt smell to it and did not really have a bright rear coloring to it.

After draining both fluids i refilled both diffs and proceeded to blead the ACD diff. got a buddy to hop in the car and hold his foot to the floor and turn it to run so the Pump would run as i blead off the access. I got absolutely no air out of the system at anypoint, and the resevoir was always topped up. fluid looked in good condition coming out aswell.

After work i will be taking a video of whats going on to help see whats going on. The problem is I live in Canada. im the only Evo within a 4-5 hour drive at the VERY best, so im on my own with a lot of things.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
