pretty much goes away when its warmed up, but it has let out a bad screeching a couple times at low to medium speed. it doesnt sound like the typical low pitch growling of a transfer case going bad to me. its does it accelerating, cruising and decelerating. noise goes away if i push the clutch in. 03 5 speed 85k bone stock.

cant hear much in the vid, ill let it cool down and give it another shot. :15-:17 then after :24 you can faintly hear it a little.

i drained the t-case and only got 8-9oz out of it. the fluid and magnet were pretty clean, but im thinking the noise i was hearing was the pinion bearing squeaking from a lack of lube. im going to park the car and save up to get the t-case built before i create more damage.
