2.4 started and ran, now no start.

Alright guys, have a confusing one. I recently finished my 2.4 build, got everything buttoned up, started the car. It fired right up, ran good, or as good as it was going to with my old map still on the car. I drove the car for 40 miles, everything was ok. Holes in the map, but to be expected. Loaded the car in a trailor, took it to be tuned. Started it, pulled it out of the trailor. Got the car on the dyno, strapped down. Did a calibration to 5k, let out of it, car fell threw idle. Since, it WILL NOT start. I checked the timing, it didnt jump a tooth. Here are my symptoms:

-Tries to start, but when i give it gas, it has no response.

-Got an engine code for "Cam position sensor malfunction", switched out both cam sensors with known working ones, off a buddys car and no start. His car is fine with my sensors.

-No spark. When i test for spark, i have nothing.

-Piston 1 and 2 are COVERED in fuel, 3 and 4 are ok.

Any guesses? Some are suggesting timing may be off. I will pull everything off and retime the motor tommorow if need be. Crank sensor? Something weird?

Any help or ideas would be appreciated!

Pulled the plugs, cleaned them and reinstalled. I am still getting "cam sensor malfunction" code, which is linked to the no spark issue. Im stumped.

Using a stock cam gear (MIVEC) and a standard exhaust gear or adjustable on both gears?

3.75 Advanced or retarded? How did you end up lining up the exhaust cam gear? About a tooth off? Stock belt?

3.75 retarded. Marks on the cam gear line up perfect with marks on the valve cover.

Might want to read post # 20. There are some considerations that need to be made when installing the MIVEC IX head on a 4G64 block due to the increased deck height. If using the stock belt you are going to have to set it up as advised or your timing will be off.

I have an adjustable cam gear, therefore i can make it line up. Everything is in time, im thinking now that i fried the ECU. I tried to flash when there was low voltage, and i think it may have done it. Im considering going standalone now, and see where that puts me.

remove the triangle cover on the end of the cam/cams & check the trigger wheel on the camshaft, its probably either loose, reversed or missing.

Check compression..read a lot about loss of compression on 2.4's after a few hundred miles.

I will check the trigger wheels. But that would not really explain why it ran before, then randomly stopped. Unless they are simply loose. Reversed wouldnt explain it, and missing. So many they are loose. Ill pull them real quick and check it out. Thanks.

Also, i cleaned the plugs and all. They were not THAT bad. So we will see.
