who makes billet evo 9 cams?

All the ones that broke were billet cams. It was traced back to a foundry issue and has been resolved. Or by billet do you mean a hunk of steel that gets lathed, ground, and CNCd into a cam? At that point I think Spyros is the only one offering cams and they arent cheap.
