Installed rebuilt/upgraded transmission and transfer case with Wavetrac LSD from Shep Trans and began driving it yesterday. I did the recommended figure 8's, circle patterns to dial in the LSD itself. The transmission was tight with no unusual noises or driveability issues. This morning coming from a stop, I had the vehicle in first, accelerate and the car bucks, almost like as if I was in 5th. I slowly accelerate and switch gears. As I did this, the entire clutch felt sloppy as can be. I couldn't figure out even which gear the car was in since it was so loose. My guess is something in the transmission popped loose, but no idea what. I slowly drove it home (3 miles) and no fluids were visible. Does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be? I replaced the clutch with a new OEM TOB and wave lock retainer. Thanks in advance.

 

Got it, the c clamp holding the bushing to the shift linkage came off. feels great now
