Whats good out there today?

Hey guys looking to upgrade
1.intake
2. Bov/ wastegate
3. Turbo
4.Shifter knob for short throw

It'd for a 2006 evo ix any suggestions on some proven parts for these applications .

A lot of ppl are telling me to go with fp black for a turbo setup I'm just not sure yet as for the intake and bov & shifter knob I have no idea what to go with

Also on a side note what plugs / wires/ fluids ect are best to run through these evos? Stick to oem stuff.
Thanks guys
I have some evo ix parts for sale in the marketplace as well check them out if you get a chance.

hks is overpriced and made in taiwan,
id look at some cbrd stuffin terms of intake and piping,
synapse or tial for bov wastegate,
turbo really depends on your application and how much lag vs response you want to trade,
shifter knob well stay away from metal unless you like to be burnt on hot days or frozen to the shifter on cold ones.....

I would say if you want bigger than a FP Black, don't bother with the 3582 as it won't make much more power, go with the 3586 instead if you need more power.

Synapse seems to be popular for stock ECU BOV.

Wastegate is built into FP blacks I think? If not Tial is pretty much the only way to go there. Most people try to run the 44mm although I am stuck with a 38mm and it seems to work fine.

For intake manifold I would get the AMS one. If you are talking about IC piping or pre turbo then just get at least 3'' preferably 4'' pre turbo. Not sure what the best IC piping is, I just have the AMS 2.25'' I believe.

Short Throw shifter - the stock one is short enough imo.

really no point in short throw shifter to be honest. as far as your questions been answered couple times i would say

1. intake custom or get matching with pipping system
2. bov APS TWIN VENT(find one) Wastegate if you get fp black comes attached 25psi gate you should get
3. Ported fp black
4.shifter know tons to choose from carbon firber autozone arc choose one you like and roll with it

plugs NGK
wires stock
fluids stock until you go built motor
