well just got my clutch replaced wit a act xtss and in low rpm shifting it shifts smooth as butter !

however when i take it to 7 or 8k it is a bit notchy it DOES NOT lockout it goes into gear but after i force it a little

now my car has oem engine and tranny mounts for 70k miles cud the mounts be the issue or maybe the shift linkage got bent ??

ne insight would be highly appreciated !

Well stiffer mounts do help a little with shifting. However for your current settings, is your clutch set to grab low or high pedal height? Have you tried adjusting the pedal to grab a little higher?

I have the same clutch with OEM resurfaced flywheel.
