Where does the vacuum come from during WOT conditions? Im not refering to a eureka either! Now I can understand that the pressure on the W/G canister could be less than the boost in the plenum, but not a vacuum.

This problem only occurs in the lower gears when there is a high cfm demand due to a high rate of rpm acceleration. On the freeway in 4th or 5th gear, everything seems fine.

I just checked the 2 black clips that hold the front lip of the inlet to the air box & they are in as should be.
However, I just noticed how the dealer did a hack job of rerouting the boost gauge line that they originally installed? Thousand oaks mitsu is not very good so far.
Outside of boost lines, BOV & boost solenoid, has anyone else had a boost related control item fail on them? Boost sensor for ecu? etc?
