lancer evo 5 upgrade
hi guys , first sorry for the bad english ..
i have an evo 5 and i'm planing to do some mods , i'm running 12.9 with exhaust and CAI , turbo boosting about 16 psi ..
planing to do 3'' exhaust , downpipe , fuel pump , cams , turbo upgrade , will the evo 9 turbo be a good option ? will i get to the high 11's ?
