Does any have the TSB "lack of power"

Saw this posted a few days ago. Tried a search but cannot find it.

I washed my car today and went for a quick drive and the car was only hitting 10-11psi. I shut the car off to go into a store and then the car was back to normal (21psi controled by XEDE). Never had that happen before.

Any ideas? Screen shot of the TSB would be nice if anyone has it!

I think it was in relation to a boost control solenoid.. I can't find any reference to it either, my car had a defective one, but it held boost of about 19psi through redline.. when I brought it in for service, it "Suddenly" started working properly (19.5psi dropping to 16.5) and they made no mention that it was replaced.

Sorry I don't have any additional info since when I looked at my repair invoices, it makes no mention of anything except a replacement part (the boost solenoid) and my regular service..

Mine won't fully boost until it is warm. During that initial time, it only boosts to 10-11 psi. Usually withing a mile, it will go to full boost. I assumed it is a cold start control in the ECU. You don't want to be boosting on a cold engine.

Perhaps your car was cold during the first part of your quick drive.

Occasionally (approximately 6 times since ownership) I had this same problem. While at a stoplight, I simply turned the car off and started it up immediatly. Car ran fine. Full boost no problems. I'm not sure what causes this but it seems to be a freak incident kind of thing. I don't think that it is serviceable. Don't really see any issues other that a minor inconvenience....and unknowing people thinking that I am starting up my car with the assumption that I stalled it :P...oh well.

I have had the exact same experience as Jimmyv, my car doesn't boost past about 10-11 psi until it is warm, then I get 19-20 psi, with the normal fall-off toward redline. I agree, seems like an ECU thing, and a smart way to protect a cold engine. Do other people see the same thing?

This is funny but I thought I was the only one this happened too. The only difference is that my car was fully warm and it was doing it. I had already driven 10 miles and I could only boost to 10psi. I thought it was my Xede for a minute. I just turned of the car and turned it on again and it was fine. Only happened once though and I have 7K in miles on it.
