help!!

ok so i have a evo 8 running a gt35r and i noticed that at first it used to spool up at around 4700 rpms and after sitting idle for a week now it spools at 5400 rpms..what would the problem be?

start with the simple stuff, check your vaccume lines, do a boost leak check, check the wastegate, etc.

Are there any symptoms aside from a later spool?

i checked everything and it all seems fine even took out the wastegate and checked it but still late spool, any more ideas?

and no other than this problem eveything is fine.

Did you perform a proper Boost leak test on the car?
How did you check the waste gate?
What do you use for boost control?
