So im about I get my 2.4 thrown in, h beams weisco pistons and all. And would need or want to break the motor in for another 500 miles.. Currently I have my 2.0 tuned with basic boltons, what I wanted to know is if it is safe to run the car once the new motor is put in with my 2.0 tune that I had as long as I run the dame injectors.. Just wanted to make sure it ran and break it in properly (hardly any boost if any, never more then 50% throttle and fluctuate driving under 4500 rpm)

 

Have your tuner send a base map and then have no worries, that is what I would do personally.
