ALL inline 6's are inherently balanced through all 3 planes of vibration. That said, he's not saying that nobody has added balance shafts, harmonic dampeners, etc...just the fact that inline 6's, among other motors are naturally balanced while any 4 cylinder inline, or flat is not (and he's right).
