When I bought my evo it had a GFB stealth bov already on it and he did not have the stock dv..I'm not sure it the problem is the bov or something else but when I'm cruising along on the freeway and I just give it a little gas like less than 50% and hold it there to just speed up, it will start spooling up then it will randomly blow off anywhere from 15-25lbs depending on how much throttle I give it determinds when it blows off. Also if I go like 50%- or a little more my boost spikes well passed my 25lbs boost setting?. what stumps me is when i go like 75% -WOT it spools up to Target boost and runs great... any help will be greatly apprieciated!!
