ACL Bearings, intergrated Thrust washer?

Whats the difference between the intergrated thrust washer Mains bearing (ACL # 5M1186H) vs the normal mains bearing ( ACL # 5M1219H) and seperate thrust washer.

e.g. can you use either in Evo's?

The one piece thrust is for a 6 bolt and early 7 bolt DSM motor, the Evo 7 bolts and 98.5+ DSM use the 3 piece thrust. They do not interchange.

I have seen all year 7 bolts from 93-2000 come with both style bearings. The blocks are cut differently so they are not interchangable. I think Mitsu had two factories supplying blocks.
