are 5speed and 6speed gearbox casings the same?
as above

i'm going to guess that the bell housing side is the same, and the outer casing is different, but can someone confirm if this is right or wrong place?

The 6 speed box has fins on it for cooling. Certainly different than the 5. They're also made by separate companies. Aisin made the 6 speed. I forget who made the 5.

Doesnt AISIN make a lot of OEM parts for Honda? Im sure others too, but I know for sure Honda, I thought.

The outer casing is definitely different. Thats why they have different driver's side mounts. No I idea about the bell housing.

Probably. They're a vendor for a few auto manufacturers.
