fuel problems

I run E50(50 Ethanol mix)
HTA 3582
2.2l stroker
340 Aeromotive
1250cc bluemax injectors

I am sitting at 98% injector duty cycle at 30psi! (12 AFR(

How can that be?!

It can be because you have to small of injectors. Do the formula and that should tell you the correct size.

cfm of turbo x .33= + cfm of turbo gives you the minimum injector size for e85


while I was searching for cfm for the turbo I couldn't find it but I will tell you right now you should be in the 1600 range for injector

68 lb/min = 980 CFM
in the formule you posted it comes to around 1308cc...

Thanks for the info acssa. So with that said 1450s would be a good choice or like I said 1600s would be more then enough head room.
